Panos Paleologos

Selected Entrepreneur of Endeavor Global.

Panos Paleologos was born in 1972 in Greece. His involvement in the hospitality industry (as a hotel manager/owner and operator) goes back around 25 years ago. Having graduated from IHTTI (International Hotel & Tourism Istitute) in Neuchatel, Switzerland (in International Hotel Management department), he has worked in various operating positions in five star hotels in Greece and the UK.

He achieved to become Hotel Manager in the first SLH hotel in Greece and from 2000 he leads his own Hotel Management Company. Currently managing more than 200 hotels in more than 64 destinations in 10 countries, HotelBrain nowadays is a key player in the Tourism Industry in the wider area of the Mediterranean region.

On 2012, Panos Paleologos was elected as a member of the SLH (Small Luxury Hotels of the World) Board of Directors. Two years later (2014) he was re-elected in the same Board, achieving the position of the Vice Chairman this time.

On the same year, he was selected as an innovative entrepreneur by Endeavor Global while  his company was awarded with the World Travel Award (the so called Oscars of the international tourism industry) in the category “Greece’s Leading Hotel Management Company”.

In 2014 and 2015, when the financial crisis was culminating in Greece, he stood up for the Greek touristic product and defended the Greek hotels reclaiming in international media, like CNN, Bloomberg, Sky News, BBC, CNBC, Financial Times, Sunday Times and Forbes, that everyone has a good reason to visit them.

On 2015 Panos Paleologos announces the HotelBrain’s agreement with the SouthBridge Europe fund, while receiving three significant distinctions: the Gold Tourism Award in the category of “Hotel Management Company” (which he received also in 2016), the World Travel Award as “Europe’s Leading Hotel Management Company” and the “Endeavor’s Greece accolade as “Top Job Creator of the Year”.

Success repeated on September 2016 and on September 2017, while he receives for HotelBrain and for 3^rd year in a row, the World Travel Award as “Europe’s Leading Hotel Management Company”. In 2017 he also received the award of “Greek Hospitality Rising Star” from Greek Hospitality Awards, held by Ethos Media, and the Gold Tourism Awards of “Hotel Development, Management & Consulting” and “PR & Communication Advertising Campaign”.
